Living a life of abundance is your birthright.

You aren’t here to struggle and suffer endlessly. You’re just not.

But attracting and being open to RECEIVING abundance can often feel easier said than done.

As we move into 2014, allow me to share a simple 3-step action plan to help you tune into the abundance that is all around you … and reduce your freak-out moments to a minimum.

1. Breathe and Get Still

How often do you forget that you are breathing? Seriously, taking your breath for granted is a shame because without your breath, you’d be dead. Conscious breathing, especially when you’re starting to feel overwhelmed, is the key to grounding yourself and being able to listen for divine guidance. Try it. Take 5 minutes in the morning and 5 minutes at night to get still, breathe deeply and simply “be.”

2. Ask For What You Want

Be clear about what it is that you want. The Universe tends to respond to clarity. Submit your order with conviction. Don’t beat around the bush. Don’t hold back because you’ll be disappointed if it doesn’t happen exactly the way you want. Don’t worry that you’re asking for too much.

You want 3 new clients by the end of the month?

Do you want one $10,000 client in the next 2 weeks?

Do you want to write a book?

Do you want to hire the coolest web designer on the planet to help you build your online empire?

Do you want to conceive a child?

Do you want to find your dream house?

Get out of your head.

Get honest.

Get gutsy.

Just. Ask.

3. Trust That It’s Coming

This is where the going gets tough. This is where you have to flex your FAITH MUSCLES, girl. Trust, trust, trust. You can’t set the timeline, but you can submit your request (see step 2). Then proceed AS IF your wish has been granted.

And this doesn’t mean that you just sit and meditate and hope it all just happens for you.

You’ve gotta hustle. You’ve gotta put yourself out there. Make the calls. Send the emails. Go to the meeting. Write the sales page for your new program. Sign up for the sponsorship.

When it comes to business, this HAS to be reflected in your marketing and communications. You need to come across as confident, clear, sure. Remember, your prospects typically are coming to you because they feel less than confident … they need to know that you’re courageous and brave and have walked this road before … and that you’ll take good care of them.

You must come across as a professional who has it together. Are you doing this now? Are you acting like the CEO of your biz or just some little hobbyist with a side gig?
