Spotting the Red Flags in Your Business

When I coach my clients, I’m always looking out for what I call RED FLAGS in their business.

To find these RED FLAGS, I ask them what’s really annoying to them in their biz and taking up way too much time.

They come back to me with a slew of responses.

Can you relate to any of these scenarios?

Back and forth scheduling and rescheduling with clients
Clients who cancel at the last minute
Clients who don’t pay their bills on time and complain about your rates
Not getting paid when you go on vacation, on a business trip or are sick and aren’t able to work privately with clients during that time
Having a really small (or nonexistent) non-ideal list of prospects
Cash flow roller coaster rides leading to freak-out moments in the middle of the night
Working way too much for way too little (the 24/7 pace just isn’t cutting it anymore)
Hiding out behind your computer and not feeling comfortable with promoting an offering

I could go on and on here, but you get the drift.

Know this: I’m not judging here. I’ve experienced all of the above and more on my journey to building a soulful 6-figure business.

They key to your GROWTH and SUCCESS is building a BUSINESS, not a JOB.

There is a subtle mindset shift involved that I SO didn’t get in my first few years of business and I was BURNING OUT and thinking I’d NEVER FIGURE THIS OUT.

But I didn’t give up, invested with top-of-their-game mentors and COMMITTED to learning how to build a BUSINESS that would allow me to touch the WORLD with my message and mission WHILE being a hands-on mama to my 3 delicious kiddos and powerful partner to my husband.

I can say this with certainty: IF I CAN DO IT, SO CAN YOU.

A business is an entity that can GROW without your constant noodling in it.

It requires a SOLID foundation, a TEAM and SYSTEMS.
