I’m not sure where I’d be without a trusted team of spiritual teachers and spirit guides.
I don’t consider myself religious, but my spirituality is very important to me. It is my compass as I move through the world.

// Journal your heart out. Get that stuff out of your head and onto paper.
// Work with healers + intuitives.
I have a number of SPIRIT GUIDES in my life. These guides help me every single day. I call them in. I accept their help. I trust that I am NOT alone.
