Honestly, I have RESISTED this even though I totally believe in the power of teams.
I used to think, “more people, more problems.”
And yes, you will DEFINITELY hire some wrong fits in your quest to find the right fit.
It’s all part of the deal.

I NEVER would be where I am today without hiring team.
Our 2016 sales are 63% higher than they were at this time last year.
There are many factors for this, and one of them is definitely a stronger TEAM.
What started as a business with only ME has evolved into a living, breathing company with some amazing people on the ship with me!

Do NOT waste time not operating in your Zone of Genius.
I know it can feel scary to hire, but it’s the only way you’ll be able to scale your business.
And scaling your business allows you to help more people, make more money and free yourself from tasks you suck at and hate.
