I returned home to Massachusetts a few days ago, after having wrapped up an extraordinary 5-day GLOW mastermind retreat in Tulum, Mexico.

Being rocked to sleep and awakened each morning by the sounds of the waves in the Caribbean Sea was something I’ll never forget (neither will my clients).

Our resort was literally steps to the beach. We were essentially barefoot the whole time with sand between our toes!

There is a magic in Tulum, a pulse, a beat that lives inside your soul.

Forever grateful to the land, the people, the animals (sea turtles are laying their eggs now!), and my clients for making this dream real.

Walking the path of a spiritual entrepreneur is a wild, mystical adventure filled with twists and turns.

What I know to be true: you never walk alone.

As the leader, it’s my job to hold sacred space for my clients to make discoveries, make moves and shed layers they’ve outgrown. It’s my job to listen, guide and help them be all they were designed to be … in their work and in all other areas.

One of my superpowers is leading transformational (I don’t use this word lightly) retreats. No one does it like I do. No one. Of this I’m sure.

Designing the flow of my retreats is a sacred act. Retreats are meant to be spacious and expansive and deep.

There is power in this type of immersion. True transformation occurs when the leader is in alignment with the process and with her people.

(It’s funny >> in Mexico, I remembered that I’ve been leading leadership retreats since college as president of the Public Relations Student Society of America at the University of Florida. Want to know what you’re great at? Go back to your youth!)

Anyway, at the end of the retreat in Mexico, I asked my clients for testimonials about their experience (you need to always be asking your clients for testimonials too!).

I feel that retreats are an essential ingredient in high-end program design. That’s why I tend to include them in my premium programs. I lead both online and in-person retreats. I love them all … though nothing comes close to in-person retreats in powerful destinations!

I’ve been designing and selling premium programs for 8 years now.

The highest priced program I’ve sold (so far!) is $15,000. The most cash I’ve received in one month from my business is close to $40,000 (note: cash is different than sales generated/contracts booked). I’ve launched programs that have generated sales of 6-figures during the launch.

On the flip side, I’ve also sold $97 courses. Offered events and retreats for a few hundred dollars. (It’s an entirely different model to sell low-end offers.)

Having been around the block and back again, I now am celebrating the beauty of what I call GOING HIGH >> high-vibe, high-touch, high-end.

While I love being able to help people with my free or low-end offers, the people I can do the deepest work with are those who invest in my premium programs. I’ve seen it time and time again >> when you invest, you’re invested.

My best students and clients are those who invest at the highest levels. Because they are truly on the line for their growth and results.

It’s very easy to pay $297 for a course and never do anything with the material. You haven’t wasted THAT much money. But imagine what happens when you spend $2,997 or $29,997. (And imagine what happens when your clients invest at that level too.)

Do you think you’re going to not show up for the work that’s required to get a return on that investment? (Do you think your clients won’t show up or do the work?)

And that’s the whole point.

The investment in working with a coach is the investment in your growth. In your evolution. In you achieving your gutsy goals.
