As I sit here in my pajamas (flannel with macarons printed on them!) hanging out with Kate in her sequin princess dress, I am struck by how I have all I ever wanted.

All I Ever Wanted

// A beautiful, light-filled home surrounded by trees that feels like I’m on a retreat all the time …

// A husband who cares about me and our family with every fiber of his being …

// Three children who are loving, curious and know how to think for themselves …

// A circle of true, true friends who get me and support me, unconditionally …

// A cozy community that reflects my values …

// Freedom to call the shots on my schedule and projects I say yes to …

// Sacred work that lights me up, challenges me, and matters …

I became an entrepreneur a decade ago.

Early on, I made a critical decision >> To lead group programs and learn everything I could about doing this successfully.

I had been coaching clients 1:1 for a bit and found the SAME issues and questions were coming up from each client (we tend to attract a similar type of client to help so this isn’t surprising) and I got tired of repeating myself 🙂

So I started creating programs to teach what I know to be true and helpful to me and so many women I’ve had the opportunity to serve.

I’ve led transformational group programs, e-courses, retreats in my home and at exotic retreat centers abroad, and high-level masterminds.

This morning I started my day by painting with my daughter and writing in my journal … and then checking in on some of my groups on Facebook … and connecting 1:1 via Voxer with a few of my private mastermind clients on some important issues they were working through (accomplished while cozy in my pajamas, which is my preferred outfit when it’s winter here in the Berkshires).

I love working with women in programs … we get to connect over days and weeks and months as I hold space for them to make major moves and discoveries.

I get to teach, coach, facilitate friendships, make introductions, and watch these women transform before my very eyes. MAGIC.

All I Ever Wanted

If you are feeling the pull for something MORE in your work as a spiritual teacher, healer, coach, expert, author, movement-maker, or corporate leader in transition … and you have a desire to help MORE PEOPLE and make MORE MONEY without needing to clock in MORE and MORE HOURS to accomplish this goal, then creating programs, courses and retreats could be the next power move for you.

I’m taking my 15 years of experience here (I was doing this in my corporate career too!) and leading a 2-hour online workshop this Thursday, 2/22 called PROGRAM CREATION MAGIC.

I want you there. (Yes, there will be a recording if you miss us live.)

This is a paid online workshop (only $40) that will break down what you need to know in 3 golden keys. I’m so excited to share this material (and my lessons learned!) with you!

What we’ll focus on together …

>> How and when to move out of the 1:1 only service model to create powerful group experiences (and fully leverage your time)

>> How to pinpoint a topic / theme for your group program, course or retreat

>> The subtle yet critical difference between a program and a course (and why it matters)

>> Designing and pricing your program in a way that wows you and your clients

>> The secret to creating kick-ass content for a new program or course

>> Evergreen vs. open and shut enrollment

>> How to make money from a retreat (instead of going into the hole)

>> What you need to do NOW to make space for your new program (even if it’s only a dream today)

>> Simple technology and tools you need to get your program off the ground (don’t worry: you don’t need to be a tech wizard!)

>> Launching your magical creation into the stratosphere (and how NOT to overcomplicate this but not ignore it either)

What are you creating this year?

It’s time to make some magic + beautiful money by helping more people.

Much love,

Jenny
