Happy Friday!

This has been a big week. How are you feeling? How is your heart?

I spent most of this week preparing to lead a retreat and group VIP Day for the next 3 days (we start tomorrow!), interviewing candidates for my upcoming coaching programs (apply here for a call with me to discuss your vision), and sitting in deep inquiry on what it means to be a leader.

We are being called forward like never before. It’s humbling and empowering all at the same time.

I don’t have all the answers, but I do know that the only way out is through. Leadership is about looking at our own blind spots … and having challenging conversations about what we truly stand for. Don’t be afraid of fucking up (you will!). Simply know you can take ownership when you make a mistake and commit to doing better. I know this can feel very uncomfortable. And it’s okay. There is no growth in comfort.

This is something we will be unpacking this weekend at my retreat. I am extremely honored to do this work.

Let's Be Real With Each Other

Yesterday I spent the day with my dear friend Sarah Jenks at a baby blessing in her honor. She is preparing to welcome in baby #3 and I am so excited for her. Sarah and I first hooked up on my podcast Get Gutsy a few years ago (you can listen to her episode here). That ignited our connection. Once she moved back to Massachusetts from San Francisco, we have been able to nurture a friendship where we can hang out in person.

She has taught me so much about honoring the lunar cycle and reveling in being a WHOLE WOMAN (I’m in her program right now and loving it).

Sarah is someone I’m happy to have in my TRIBE. As I looked around the circle of women yesterday, I said to myself, “these women get me. I can be real with them. I can cry with them and laugh with them and simply be me.”

This wasn’t always true for me. For a lot of my life, I have been trying to fit myself into a mold of what I *think* people want from me. Some of this was to keep myself safe and to not stand out TOO much. You know, stay under the radar.

But once I discovered the work I was here to do, I couldn’t hide anymore. I had to put my neck out there and tell people I could help them. I chose to invite them into my creations. This has been a mix of fear and pure joy. #keepingitreal

Are you ready to put your work out there like never before? Are you ready to bring together a tribe who can be real with each other?

I honestly feel this is the greatest gift! I hear it time and time and again from the women in my programs >> they are so grateful to have a safe space to TELL THE TRUTH.
