After a successful corporate career in New York City, Jenny quit her 6-figure job to do what she was put on this planet to do: coach gutsy leaders to rise to their next level.

In 2015, she founded Get Gutsy Coach Training School to empower the next generation of coaches to make a difference and a great living.

She lives in Massachusetts with her husband and three children who make the journey sweet … and a little wild.

Jenny’s training + career backstory …

Jenny started her career as a communications manager for Kick Butts Day, an initiative to curb kids’ tobacco use. She then moved to top public relations agency Porter Novelli in New York City, developing global, strategic programs for blue-chip clients like Kellogg, M&Ms, Polaroid and Pfizer. A highlight of her time at PN was traveling around the world with soccer star Pelé promoting the importance of men’s sexual health and well-being.

Jenny then became an event producer for the Institute for International Research (IIR), an elite, global conference organization, creating must-attend events for marketing, design and customer management executives. This fast-paced position gave her the opportunity to book visionary speakers including peak performance expert Tony Robbins, former Secretary of State Colin Powell, management guru Tom Peters, Tour de France champion Lance Armstrong, and best-selling author Malcolm Gladwell.

In 2008, Jenny launched her coaching and training business to make full use of her talents and passion for inspiring leaders to embrace their power in their business and life. She hasn’t looked back. Jenny has studied with several top coaches, mentors and teachers – like Ali Brown, Fabienne Fredrickson, Gabby Bernstein, Jennifer Kem, Rachel Resnick, Angelique Rewers, Cheryl Richardson, Mike Dooley, Seane Corn, David Life and Jonathan Fields.

Jenny graduated summa cum laude from the University of Florida with a degree in public relations and a minor in business administration. She received her coaching certification from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC). Jenny received her Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential from the International Coach Federation (ICF).

She earned her yoga teaching certification from Sonic Yoga’s Center for Yoga Studies. When Jenny left her last corporate job, she did something that gave her the space she craved as she contemplated her next step: she spent time at Swami Sachidananda’s ashram, Yogaville, which felt like her own “Eat Pray Love” moment. Most importantly, she’s been a devoted student of yoga for more than a decade.

After spending 11 years living in the bright lights and fast pace of New York City, Jenny now lives in the “cultured country” of the Berkshires of Western Massachusetts with her husband, 3 children, 2 cats, and a handful of fish. It’s the perfect place to raise a family, live her yoga, and do her big work in the world.
