TOPIC IDEAS

Jenny knows how to connect with an audience.

After an intense decade in New York City elevating the visibility and message of the biggest brands and thought leaders in the world, she realized the path she was on wasn’t for her. She quit her 6-figure job, had a short stint as a yoga teacher, then founded her transformational coaching company to help women design a new way of working and earning by building their own brand.

Having three kids, a husband with a career he’s passionate about, and moving to a small town in the mountains has fueled her commitment to building a freedom-based business – and helping her clients do the same.

To Jenny, freedom is the ability to work when you want, where you want, with whom you want, making the kind of money and impact you want. And she knows that so many people are craving this, but aren’t sure how to make it a reality.

Jenny is incredible at extracting lessons from her journey and distilling them into simple shifts and actions that anyone can take to change their life and business. She absolutely will be a memorable guest for your audience. Plus, she’s fun to talk to!

Here are a few topics she could speak on, though her expertise isn’t limited to this list:

More Time, More Energy, More You

People ask Jenny all the time: how do you get it all done? Want to know how? She’s a master of her time and a fierce protector of her energy. She knows what to focus on, what to ignore and what to delegate. Jenny works with cycles, seasons, frameworks and crowns to create a potent rhythm she flows and grows with. So many women leaders suffer from overwhelm due to mismanagement of their time and energy – this is a no-win game that’s wreaking havoc on families and businesses everywhere. Jenny can share her top tips for amplifying your results by doing less – without apology.

Embodying Your Message

Knowing how to speak to an audience through the screen is SO important when you’ve got a message to spread and people to help. No matter what is happening in the world, being able to powerfully connect through your voice and technology is critical. This session helps you clear the blocks to being visible on video so you can make an impact by confidently speaking online. Learn tips for tech excellence, audience engagement and how to stay grounded when the butterflies show up.

Building a Take a Stand Brand

Our world is in need of massive healing and massive change. This is NOT the time to sit back and hope for the best. This is the time for TRUE leadership. TAKE A STAND LEADERS are confident enough to stand apart from the crowd and stand up for what they believe in. They are intriguing. Provocative. Aspirational. Bold. Consistent. Engaging. Courageous. Transformational. A force of nature. Jenny is a builder of brands that stand for something. She can share the elements of her “STAND” framework for lining up your message with the energy of your movement to make a massive impact in the market.

Intuition + Your Calling

After losing her sister to brain cancer while in high school, Jenny Fenig found herself in a dark place. For a long time afterwards, she didn’t allow herself to grieve properly and didn’t let herself be truly alone with her thoughts and suffering. But once she did, she understood the power and importance of spirituality and her inner voice. This became even more important once she started navigating her career and doing the work that she came here to do. Jenny’s story about going from a 6-figure corporate income and crying in a cubicle to zero and then onwards to building a successful coaching business from complete scratch shows being bold and gutsy in life and business always starts with getting still and quiet and tuning into that small voice that is always there lighting the way. We all have that voice inside us – our intuition – and this conversation will inspire your audience to listen to it even more.

As a woman in business for more than two decades, Jenny has a lot of stories and opinions about what it really takes to make it on your own terms.

She has tremendous experience in program design and development, launching with a small budget, leading a lean team, working from home, being a homeschooling mom and business owner, leading transformational events and retreats, creating her own coaching school, working with celebrities and thought leaders, healing ancestral wounds, living wild and free, not letting your business destroy your marriage (and so much more!).
