Focus of the Month: Workshops + Seminars

I’m a HUGE believer in RETREATING (not only hosting them but attending them as well). Over the weekend, I attended a writing and meditation retreat at Kripalu here in the Berkshires (if you’ve never been there, you MUST go at some point in your life) led by an amazing writer named Dani Shapiro.
