Kelley Rakow – who grew up as a military kid – has lived and breathed this and now coaches her clients on how to align your inner knowing with your external reality.
11 years ago, she took action on this inner knowing when she and her husband co-founded and operated the first CrossFit Affiliate in Maryland without a plan or a ton of money to get started. After several incredible years running that business and offering group fitness classes, wellness coaching and events to their community, Kelley realized she wanted something different. After a multi-year transition process, the business was sold on Kelley’s 50th birthday (literally).
She was ready to tap into a new way of coaching – this time on the internet. Embracing technology to deliver her transformational message and lead her clients through her unique approach to fitness has opened up new worlds for Kelley and the women she coaches.
