This program is designed with 2 types of amazing women leaders in mind >

Entrepreneurs with service-based businesses – ranging from coaches, consultants, therapists, wellness professionals, builders, designers, attorneys, accountants, speakers and beyond – who are looking for better results without the burnout that has so often accompanied you in your quest to help people and make good money. You want to dial in your process so that you’re operating in your zone of genius, being paid very well, and deeply enjoying your life outside of work.
2. Women in big careers who are feeling a bit restless. You’ve achieved a high-level of success, and are ready for what’s next as a business woman. You know it’s up to you to create that and are excited match your ambition with more ease, truth, flow and fun.
The diverse types of leaders in LEAP will help us co-create a potent experience as we are inspired by each other. To protect the integrity of the experience we are curating, you must apply to be part of the group. This won’t be one of those programs where you get lost in the crowd or dim your light to fit in. What’s the time commitment?
This round of LEAP: THE MASTERMIND is December 2023 – May 2024. We’ve designed this to fit beautifully into your full life.
- You receive complimentary access to something potent that will be revealed soon. This will get you in the zone for the work we’ll do in LEAP.
- Our intimate group Voxer chat is available to you whenever you want extra connection and support between calls. I’ll be sharing potent messages here that will keep you leaping forward like the queen you are. You are encouraged to share your celebrations and challenges and feel the love from the amazing women on this journey with you. This online connection spot opens on December 1.
- Think of our group calls like a massage for your soul + exercise for your mind. You can tune in live or by replay and you will reap the rewards of you showing up for YOU. After the mastermind concludes, you’ll have ongoing access to recordings and resources in our customer portal. These calls happen twice per month on Wednesdays from 11 am – 12:30 pm ET. Once your application is approved, you’ll receive the call schedule and a link to automatically add these to your calendar. Our first call is December 6.
- If you are in our LEAP+ level, you receive ongoing private coaching and consulting from me. We will schedule your 3 private coaching calls during each quarter of the mastermind. Outside of our calls, if you’d like my private feedback on something you’re working on, you are welcome to share that with me in our private Voxer chat. While you won’t receive instant feedback, the feedback will be thoughtful, strategic and tailored to you.

Awesome! The LEAP Retreat will be held at THE RED LION INN, a charming and historic meeting spot in Stockbridge, MA, deep in the heart of the Berkshires. We will meet all day on Friday, January 26. Included: Retreat sessions, potent masterminding, fun surprises + dinner that evening. You may choose to stay at THE RED LION INN for the ultimate in convenience or you may select from many other lovely hotel and lodging options in the Berkshires. As far as airports go, we are 2½ hours from Logan (Boston), about 90 minutes from Bradley (Hartford, CT), and 1 hour from Albany, New York. Travel and accommodations are your responsibility. So excited to spend time with everyone who decides to come to this power-packed retreat!
I can’t come to the BONUS in-person LEAP Retreat. Can I still join this mastermind?
You absolutely can still participate in LEAP: The Mastermind and get INCREDIBLE value from it. The BONUS retreat is optional to attend. While we’d love to have you with us IN PERSON at the retreat, we understand if you’re unable to join. If you cannot attend the retreat, you can participate beautifully via Zoom.

How does the OASIS RETREAT in Costa Rica work for LEAP+ members?
OASIS is being held April 20 – 25, 2024 in one of the most beautiful countries in the whole wide world: COSTA RICA. This is a journey of inner exploration and outward adventure. Costa Rica is a global go-to spot for nature lovers and adventure seekers. Volcanic hills, lakes and plummeting waterfalls shape the lush, vibrant landscape. Tropical jungles teem with hundreds of wildlife species that exist nowhere else on the planet. San José, located in the Central Valley, is Costa Rica’s bustling urban capital. Our venue Pura Vida Retreat + Spa is tucked serenely in the clouds, nearly a mile above the city.
This will be my 5th time leading a retreat in this location. It’s VERY, VERY special. Is the cost of LEAP a tax-deductible business expense?
If you’re self-employed and live in the US, the cost of your investment in this program (and any related travel expenses to the optional retreat) is likely a tax-deductible business expense. This program helps you “maintain or improve skills you need in your trade or business” (IRS language). Check with your tax preparer about this being an “education expense” or “professional training” as a deduction for your business. In most cases, it will be.
What is your refund policy?
I’m glad you ask. As a member of LEAP, you are committed not just to this experience, but most importantly, to the other women leaders who will come to depend on your support, energy and insight (as you will theirs). When you commit to raising the bar as a business leader, you must follow that decision through to the very end. Please know that the commitment you are making is not only to yourself, your fellow participants, me and this process, but that it is also a non-cancelable, non-refundable legal and financial commitment. If you aren’t comfortable with this level of commitment, do not sign up. Leaping to your next big level requires faith, dedication and action, and I will guide you to put all of these elements to work for your benefit. That is my commitment to you.
