TOPIC IDEAS
Jenny knows how to connect with an audience. Here are a few topics she could speak on, though her expertise isn’t limited to this list:
Most Alive: Leading with Human Power
As AI rapidly transforms the way we work, many senior leaders are asking a deeper question beneath the operational shifts: How do we stay human while leading through rapid change? In this highly interactive workshop, Jenny invites you to explore the uniquely human capacities that cannot be automated – discernment, presence, trust, intuition, emotional intelligence, courage, and meaningful connection – and how these qualities will define exceptional leadership in the years ahead. Grounded in the belief that sustainable impact comes not from becoming more machine-like, but from becoming more deeply human, this experience blends executive insight, reflection, peer connection, nervous system regulation, and practical leadership application. Explore how to lead with greater alignment, vitality, authenticity, and strategic focus in a world increasingly shaped by automation and acceleration.
Building a Take a Stand Brand
TAKE A STAND LEADERS are confident enough to stand apart from the crowd and stand up for what they believe in. They are intriguing. Provocative. Aspirational. Bold. Consistent. Engaging. Courageous. Transformational. A force of nature. Jenny is a builder of brands that stand for something. She can share the elements of her “STAND” framework for lining up your message with the energy of your movement to make a massive impact in the market.
Intuition + Your Calling
After losing her sister to brain cancer while in high school, Jenny Fenig found herself in a dark place. For a long time afterwards, she didn’t allow herself to grieve properly and didn’t let herself be truly alone with her thoughts and suffering. But once she did, she understood the power and importance of healing and connecting with her inner voice. This became even more important once she started navigating her career and doing the work that she came here to do. Jenny’s story about going from a 6-figure corporate income and crying in a cubicle to zero and then onwards to building a successful coaching business from complete scratch shows being bold and gutsy in life and business always starts with getting still and quiet and tuning into that small voice that is always there lighting the way. We all have that voice inside us – our intuition – and this conversation will inspire your audience to listen to it even more.
As a woman in business for more than two decades, Jenny has a lot of stories and opinions about what it really takes to make it on your own terms.
