Welcome

describe2

  • My mind is constantly “on.”  It’s really tough turning it off.
  • My thoughts are often negative.  My energy is sapped by the incessant mind chatter.
  • I often feel like I have too many things on my schedule.
  • I wish I exercised more and ate better.
  • Anxiety is part of my daily life.  I allow self-doubt to sabotage my hopes and dreams.
  • Sometimes I forget who I really am … and how I got here.
  • When I’m overwhelmed or stressed, I rarely ask for help.
  • I have a hard time saying NO to people … and end up feeling resentful.
  • I break too many promises to myself.
  • I’m a “good girl.”  I put my own needs behind the perceived needs of others.
  • I often live my life for everyone else to avoid conflict and challenging conversations.
  • My career is at a standstill and I’m not sure how to get to the next level (or what the next level even looks like).
  • My relationships aren’t as rich as I’d like them to be.
  • I want everyone to like me.
  • It’s rare for me to relax or to enjoy things that I consider fun.
  • I know there is more to life than this… isn’t there?

If you relate to any of these statements, one thing is clear:  You’re not living the life that you deserve to be living!   Stop, take a deep breath and prepare yourself for the change you’ve been looking for (hint: the change is YOU being fully you, fully powerful, fully releasing fear).

If you don’t know where you’re going, any road will take you there.

Being intentional is crucial in your quest for happiness.  So is knowing your SELF, what makes you tick … and then making your SELF a priority.  It’s truly essential to getting what you want.  So what are you waiting for?  Stop living in fear, playing the “what if” game, spinning your wheels, selling yourself short.  A life that you LOVE is yours for the taking.

How do I know you can do this?  Because I’ve been there and managed to blaze a trail forward … and want to help you do the same.

I’m Jenny Fenig – a certified career/life coach and yoga teacher – and it’s my mission to help you align values with action steps and achieve continuous improvement in all aspects of life.  I will guide you to redesign your outlook, clearly articulate your desires, release fear, and take action.

The coaching relationship – a partnership consisting of you and me – will help you pinpoint what you want to change in your life, and will give you the confidence to release fear and take action to create the life of your choosing.

Quite frankly, the pay-off is huge:

  • Less fear, more confidence
  • Using your energy to get what you want
  • Ability to respond thoughtfully vs. react counterproductively
  • An iron-clad mindset
  • Being at peace with yourself
  • A greater sense of balance, freedom, control, calm and clarity
  • More harmony at home and in your relationships
  • Increased focus and productivity at work
  • Motivation to reach for your goals – personally and professionally
  • More quality time for your family, friends and yourself (without guilt!)
  • An inner awakening and reminder of what it means to be alive

I want to support you.

As you focus your attention on taking action on your vision, here’s a fact: YOU CAN’T DO IT ALONE.  How effective would it be to ask for unbiased help from someone who’s been down a similar road, who you can talk with openly, bounce ideas off of, co-create action plans and vent a little frustration with?  How helpful would it be to have a thinking partner who doesn’t give advice, but rather guides you to find your own path to fulfillment?  I want to be your guide, your sounding board and the person who believes in you when even you don’t believe in yourself.
