Dealing With Refund Requests

I’m recording this video from my bed in Scottsdale, Arizona! Truly! I’m at an AMAZING user conference called InfusionCon and it’s all about the great CRM software that I use to run my business, Infusionsoft.

I wanted to record this video today about something that you will likely have to deal with at some point in your business: refund requests. They don’t happen that often, but you will get some every now and again, and you need to have a policy in place to deal with them.
