Greetings from New York City!
I’ve been here for a few days now. I co-led the WILD WOMAN MAGIC retreat with the amazing Christine Gutierrez. (It was sooooo powerful!)
And have been attending my teacher Gabby Bernstein’s Spirit Junkie Masterclass all weekend. I’ll be sharing more about this training this month.
New York City is the place that taught me how to be a woman. I started my career here. Partied super hard here. Met my husband here. Started having panic attacks here. Made my first six-figure annual salary here. Quit my corporate career here. Trained to become a yoga teacher here. Started my business here. Birthed my first child here.
When I come back to my former home, I remember how brave I am. How savvy I am. How smart I am. And how I’m always supported by the pulse of the planet.
And so are you. You are powerful beyond words. You are the one you’ve been waiting for.

Stop obsessing about your following and DO THE WORK!
If you are not willing to go inward and do the work so you can truly lead your people, you will struggle unnecessarily forever.
Do the work.
Tell your people (in every way that feels good to you) you can help them.
Help them to the best of your ability.
Get the help you need to become stronger as a leader + businesswoman.
Keep showing up.
Your work will grow.
But you’ve gotta say YES.
The Universe starts working as soon as you say YES.
