It May Feel a Bit Crazy Right Now

Last night was my first time home alone with just me and my new dog Winnie (and my cats!).

Steven got tickets for an acrobats show last night but I just wasn’t feeling it. So I told him to go with the kids while I chill at home.

TIP >> you are allowed to not go to things even if “everyone else” is going. You are allowed to go against the grain and honor what SHE needs. The reverse is true for this too. You’re allowed to do things even if no one else you know is doing it.

The full moon lunar eclipse energy was so INTENSE! Like WHOA. For you too?

Our dog has brought some beautiful energy to our life and it’s only been a few days.

She is teaching me to get outside as much as possible … play as much as possible … and snuggle as much as possible.

That’s some good medicine right there.

Just like Mother Moon has good medicine for us.

It may feel a bit crazy right now.

Yesterday was nuts for me. I legit felt like a crazy woman. That’s why I soaked in a bath filled with salts and tincture last night for an hour.

And this morning sweated my crazy out in a 90-minute vinyasa yoga class. I feel much more grounded now.

Much more prepared to do, be and have all I desire.

But I had to go through that crazy portal to get to this new spot. And that’s okay.

We have to be willing to go through discomfort to achieve new results.

As my fitness coach Amanda Tress says, “Challenge is required for change.”

This week I started going through Amanda’s program and it has changed the way I eat, exercise and live.

It hasn’t been easy, but by being a student in this program, I’ve been reminded of the power of working with a coach. And following a program to experience phenomenal results.

That’s why I love bringing groups of women together for transformational programs.

Because there is no reason to go it alone.

Find someone who has done what you want to do.

Learn from them.

Invest time, money and energy to truly do the work.

And watch with awe at how deeply you impact your people. And grow your business beyond the beyond.
