Over the last decade of mothering and growing my business, I have gotten really lazy with exercise.

EVERYTHING else seemed to take priority over exercise.

Yes, I had my yoga classes that I loved, but when life got full (which is like, always!) I tended to get to 1 – 2 classes a week. I’d fit some hikes in here and there and call it a day.

I thought this was the way it had to be until my kids get older and/or my work life slows down.

But this summer I was called to make a change. Because I wasn’t feeling as optimized as I wanted to.

I felt sluggish.

And not as strong as I want to feel.

So I decided to make a fitness a priority no matter how much was happening in my life.

But I needed a coach and a program to get me on the right track. I needed a clear-cut plan to follow that takes out all of the guesswork. And I wanted workouts that I could mostly do at home or in my neighborhood.

(Sidenote: this is why I love leading programs because this shit works!)

These shots were taken 2 weeks apart.

These are my physical results from Amanda Tress’s FASTer Way to Fat Loss program so far.

The shot on the left was taken when the 6-week program started 2 weeks ago. The shot on the right was taken yesterday.

I’m loving my increased energy and focus. I love Intermittent Fasting! I thought I’d hate that part, but it’s given me increased discipline and clarity.

I know how to eat and what to eat and am loving my workouts and increased fitness level.

I’ve already completed my workout for the day.

I am fired up and ready to go.

Amanda gives you workouts to follow each day … I go with the “At Home” version because that’s what works best for me now. She also has workouts for Beginners and for those who work out at a Gym.
