Tell the peeps in your life that you love them. Don’t hold back here. Tell them. Show them. Love them.
Snail Mail Rules
How cool is it to receive a handwritten card in your mailbox alongside your catalogs and bills? This month, I challenge you to send at 3 cards a week (real cards, NOT digital cards or email!) to the special people in your world. Buy pack of cards you love and sit down every Monday to write your love notes. You’ll feel so wonderful and so will the recipients!
Find Something Green
Bring more GREEN into your life. Green is the color of the heart chakra.
Several years ago when I wanted to activate my heart chakra, I bought a beautiful green scarf that sits on top of my heart. Every time I wear it, I open my HEART nice and wide.
Do You Love You?
The heart chakra starts with YOU. How well do you LOVE YOU? Are you kind to yourself? Are you compassionate with yourself? Are you generous with yourself?
OR
Do you beat yourself up? Do you criticize yourself for not being perfect? Do you think you’re not good enough?
The way you LOVE YOURSELF paves the way for others to love you. This is a crucial element to living a rich and meaningful life.
