I’m HOT off the Women + Power Retreat last weekend at Omega Institute.

Honestly, I’m still processing EVERYTHING that happened there. I took in A LOT of downloads and am still figuring out what to do with them.

But I want to share some ideas with you NOW so you can play around with them in your biz and life.

Ready? WARNING: these might ruffle your feathers just a tad.

• You can choose courage or your can choose comfort … but you can’t have BOTH.
• You’re gonna get your ass kicked.
• If you’re not in the arena also getting your ass kicked, I’m not interested in your feedback.
• Get off the sidelines and have conversations that will affect change.
• We are brave and afraid at the same time all day long. Get used to it.
• Have the courage to show up and be seen even if you don’t know if you’ll win.
• You are worthy of love and belonging.
• Vulnerability is the conduit to all emotions.
• There is no emotion more terrifying than joy.
• Everyone who has the capacity to soften into joy has one thing in common: they practice gratitude.
• Fail often, fail quick, clean it up and learn from it.
• Be willing to be brokenhearted.
• Share your story with people who have earned the right to hear it.
• Get clear on the people who really matter to you.
• Our capacity for wholeheartedness will never be greater than our capacity to be BROKENHEARTED.

Ask yourself this question:

What’s worth doing even if YOU fail?

Because failure is part of life! So is picking yourself up, course correcting and moving ON!

I’ll tell you this, I am SCARED every single day in my biz. Scared and totally COURAGEOUS. I’m always putting myself out there, being vulnerable, risking rejection and then coming alive with the women who are willing to do the exact same thing. These are my people … these are the women I’m here to serve.
