I know this can get REALLY hard.

I know there are times you want to give up, throw your hands in the air and say, “ENOUGH!”

I get it.

I totally, totally do.

I’ve been there more times than I can count. I typically default there when things don’t go “my” way. I feel afraid. Then ashamed. Then pissed. Then more fired up than ever.

Once I release the need for things to go MY WAY, I surrender into something EVEN BETTER.

This has taken a tremendous amount of PRACTICE.

This is when the magic happens. This is the change you seek.
