So … who am I and what fuels my fire?
I know you’ve been searching. I know you’ve been trying to figure this out on your own. And I’ve got beautiful news to share with you: YOU DON’T NEED TO DO THIS BY YOURSELF ANYMORE.
A bit about my backstory …
I have evolved from Florida beach girl to corporate superstar living the New York City go-go-go life to unemployed (yet happy!) yogi to award-winning leadership coach living in the quiet, cultured country of the Berkshires in Western Massachusetts.
I’ve walked through the fire of leadership from a young age. Loss, trauma, chasing the wrong things, and trying to be someone I’m not have all been part of my journey. The consistent factor for me: A DEVOTION TO THE WORK.
I am a force of nature. So are you.
For as far back as I can remember, I’ve been obsessed with getting big things accomplished in the most efficient way possible. I think this is because I have so many things I love and I want time to do them well — and enjoy myself. When I find what works, I teach others. And I LOVE sharing the richness that is TIME + ENERGY MASTERY.
The work is the way.
I’ve been in business forever and love it! Before becoming a business owner, I helped launch programs and promote products for some of the top brands in the world, including M&M candies, Hershey chocolate, Kellogg cereals, GlaxoSmithKline’s Nicorette/NicoDerm and Pfizer’s Viagra. I also produced premium business conferences featuring globally-recognized keynote speakers and corporate leaders in the marketing and business strategy sector.
Use your energy wisely. Some things are not worth your time. Know where to draw the line.
A 200-hour yoga teacher training led me to discover my calling: coaching. After graduating from a rigorous coach training program in 2008, I started my coaching business serving ambitious women who wanted more out of life. I started with 1:1 work, then transitioned to in-person groups, then online programs, masterminds and retreats.
I’ve coached and mentored thousands of business leaders and have trained hundreds of people to become coaches. I’ve created thousands of social media posts and hundreds of programs, offers and podcast episodes. Jenny Fenig Worldwide has generated six figures in revenue every year since 2012 — all while I’ve worked a very flexible schedule built around my season of life.
I truly care about my clients. I love getting to know you and holding you through the messy yet sacred process of growing your body of work and money to a place that feels exciting and aligned. I’m not afraid of your fears. I’ll take a stand for what you desire and deserve.
My powerful presence and natural storytelling abilities makes me an in-demand speaker for forward-thinking corporations and organizations. My presentations help redesign the paradigm around time, energy, relationships and results-driven priorities. I’ve spoken to teams at Samsonite, Mitsubishi, Holt Cat, Hugo Boss, Blackberry, Delta Electronics, Public Health Institute, Takeda Pharmaceuticals, Infoblox and more.
I love serving as a Guide at CHIEF (fastest women-founded company to achieve unicorn valuation status!) and harnessing my dynamic skillset to create leadership development and connection experiences for senior executive women committed to their growth. I’m committed to the mission of changing the face of leadership.
My mission is to help you be confident, joyful + paid – without burnout.
My work is for you if:
- You are ready to grow. You’re done with the status quo. You’re done playing it safe. You’re done waiting.
- You want to wake up every day knowing EXACTLY what moves the needle in the core areas of your life – business, relationships, self-care, home, wealth – and have the space to nourish those areas to grow and feel good.
- You want to show up full of energy and confidence when you walk into any room.
- You want to create more impact without working all the time (you have a life to live!).
- You want this to feel easier than it has felt. You want to let go of unnecessary stress, drama and struggle.
- You are super stoked to reach your financial goals and have your work play a role in this.
- You are ready to be more visible, confident, focused. You are ready to take your income, influence and fun factor to a whole new level.
- You feel all of this in your bones. You know you are made for more. You know it’s your time.
The death of my 12-year-old sister Julie taught me that this life is not a dress rehearsal. LIFE IS NOW AND IT IS MEANT TO BE LIVED! Surviving her death at 16 years old made me who I am today.
I’m not available for people who don’t appreciate me for being me (that includes people who want to hire me). Life’s too short to pretend you’re someone you’re not.
Here’s how I can help:
I have several free resources for you that you can get your hands on now. Find more in the GET tab in the menu above.
I wrote a book that helps you be brave as you do your big work in the world. It’s called Get Gutsy and it’s amazing. It took me 4 years from conception to publishing. It was like birthing a child … except it took longer. I call the genre a mix of memoir and medicine. You’re going to love it. Head over to Amazon and get your copy in digital or print.
I’ve created several courses and bundles that will get you moving in the right direction. These are all instant access that you can tune into at your own pace.
I lead a few premium coaching programs and retreats. I also work with a limited number of entrepreneur and senior executive clients for private coaching. You can find out what’s currently available in the WORK WITH ME tab in the menu above.
Nothing changes until you make a move.
Allow yourself to want what you want. Know that you are worth your desires – no matter what other people think. Claim autonomy over your choices.
Let’s go.
13 Pivot Point Moments on My Journey
2. My sister’s death has shaped me the most. I write about this extensively in my book Get Gutsy and talk about what I learned on my interview on The Unmistakable Creative podcast. I feel Julie every day. I hear her and I see her in various signs that show up in my life. Julie teaches me the true meaning of faith.
4. I honed my business chops working at fast-paced companies in New York City from 1998 to 2007. I came close to burnout a lot, but credit these experiences with teaching me how to be nimble and courageous. Plus, I worked with A LOT of smart people. And I became a seasoned businesswoman. I worked with some of the biggest brands in the world (Kellogg cereals, M&Ms candies, Hershey chocolate, and Pfizer’s Viagra) during my PR agency days. And had some of the biggest leaders + visionaries of our time (Tony Robbins, Malcolm Gladwell, Colin Powell, Philippe Starck, Ken Blanchard) to speaking on my stage as a conference producer.
6. Yoga saved my life! It teaches me to let go and let God. I went through a 200-hour yoga teacher training in 2007 that inspired me to quit my last corporate job and walk a new path.
7. Training to become a yoga teacher led me to discover the field of coaching. I trained to become a coach in 2008 and haven’t looked back.
8. I sold my wedding dress to buy the ticket to my first female entrepreneur conference. The story of who bought it (and how she essentially manifested her dream dress) will blow you away.
9. I LOVED being pregnant and I LOVED giving birth. Showed me what I was made of … and gave me the greatest gifts >> my 3 children!
10. After drinking A LOT during my teens and 20s, I let go of alcohol in May of 2015. Best move. I wrote and podcasted about my decision here.
11. I won a Silver Stevie Award for Coach of the Year. There was a big bash in New York City where winners from around the world were honored. It was a powerful feeling to have my work as a coach recognized.
12. Seeing the world is a HUGE value. Travel is good for the soul. Not only have I traveled extensively in the United States, but I’ve been to MANY other countries including Canada, Mexico, India, England, Italy, Austria, Switzerland, China, Japan, Spain, France, Greece, Sweden, Brazil, Denmark, Russia, Croatia, Estonia, Turkey, Costa Rica, Bahamas, Bermuda, Haiti, Montenegro, Germany, Czech Republic (and I’m probably forgetting some). Now I lead retreats in exotic destinations as well as close to home and LOVE this element of where my business has taken me.
13. I’m a big fan of boundaries! Boundaries are a way to love myself well – even when I risk disappointing others. This has been one of the greatest lessons of my life.
