1. “Is the food super fussy?”
2. “Are you fasting for 24 hours?”
3. “I don’t cook much. Can I still participate?”
These are just SOME of the questions that came in as a result of me sharing my physical results in only the first 2 weeks of implementing the FASTer Way to Fat Loss fitness + nutrition program.
For the record, my answers to those questions:
1. No.
2. No … though in Week 4 of the program I am participating in a 24-hour juice cleanse and I am PUMPED about that.
3. Yes, you simply need to be smart about what foods you are eating. You’ll track your macronutrients through a free app that is super easy to use. (And you should know I didn’t know what macronutrients were before I joined this program!)
In all of my years of sharing stuff I love on social media and by email, I am pleasantly shocked by all of the messages I’m getting from my people wanting to shake things up with their health.

To give you a peek into my world, these are the main meals that I ate on Low Carb Day this week. One is from an amazing cafe in my town. The other took me 10 minutes to cook.
If you’re worried that you’ll be eating food with no flavor … or depriving yourself of having fun while eating, think again.
What I love is that I’m SMART about what I’m eating and when. I’m not mindlessly snacking. Or reaching for the cookies at 10 pm when I’m anxiously obsessing about the future.
I know deep in my bones that food is fuel. And when my health is optimized, I’m able to best serve in this lifetime.
