And this willingness to show up as a leader is everything.

One of the things of you attracting in the best clients is that you are tuned into the message that's meant to come forth, the problems that you are solving and the unique way that you do it. Okay. So when it comes to this whole idea of showing up of showing up, really ask yourself right now, what has been your experience with showing up?

Have you always shown up powerfully? Do you hide. Are you still hiding somewhat? Are you really who you are out there or do you like clamp down on it because you think it's odd or you think that people won't respond well or, or whatever. Cause this is at the root we're going to start here because this is really the root cause.

The root of what we're doing is that our willingness to show up to do what needs to be done to stay, what needs to be said and to get into that, that, that messy work. Of being in relationship, you know, in relationship, that's how we serve. We get into relationship with our clients. We get into relationship with the message we get into relationship with the call that has been placed upon us.

And his willingness to show up as a leader is everything. It's everything. And so I encourage you right now. Let's do, an inner journey right now. And as a sidebar, a lot of, you know, this about me, some of you might not, I will kind of draft notes for what I want to discuss. And I use them as, you know, a framework, a guide for me and they provide structure, but then I just allow myself to pour into.

You all or into this moment, pour into whatever is, is coming forth. Okay. And that's how I do this thing. And so pace of this idea of showing up is trusting yourself to show up. It's trusting that you'll know what to say. You'll know what to do. You'll know how to respond because. You trust yourself and that you have really gone down deep into your craft and that you know how to be in relationship. Okay. So how about we, if you're called to, you can close your eyes, if not keep them open, just allow yourself to be present here and to trust that you belong in this room to trust that you belong at this very moment in time.

Like you're supposed to be here and you are. And the world is better because you're here deep breath, deep breath,
allow yourself to tune out what's going on around you. Whatever happened before you got here or whatever's going to be happening next . You might have kids at home learning at home, not learning at home . And here we are showing up at this very moment on this topic of calling in the best clients.

So tune in right now, as you're in this inner world, whether with eyes closed or looking at something in front of you, that's not moving. Can you tune in now on why you do this work? Why do you want clients at all?

What does a client mean to you?

Why have you chosen this work, this path? Why is this important to you? Why is this something that you want to do and that you're willing to do, even when you may be nervous, you may, you know, worry about rejection or not being perfect or not being able to stand out in this crowded marketplace. So, uh, can you find that that place within.

That allows you to feel connected, uh, to the problems that you help solve
and to the people that need your help solving that problem.

Breathe into that idea. Problems issues, things that are tricky, things that are frustrating, things that are heartbreaking, things that are just annoying, things that are contributing to feelings of angst or overwhelm or loneliness or frustration tune into that. And then in your mind's eye, see people who are dealing with this.

See those people, see those people out there, who you want, help solving those issues. And they're willing to invest in getting that help. They're willing to invest time. To learn from you through your content, through your trainings, through your resources, and they're willing to invest money to getting that issue solved.

They're willing to pay for that really tuned into who these people are. See them, hear them
connect heart to heart.

And go into your people's lives. Their day-to-day really look at how do they live, where do they live
kind of hobbies. Do they have. Where are they consuming information? When it comes to social media, how are they getting info there? And which platforms are your people
look at their inbox? How are they reading emails? What about their phone? Are they getting text messages that maybe you could be a part of that part of their life? I think about all the ways that you can communicate with your people. You can build those relationships. Cause that's what this is. It's relationship building.

Okay. Look to see, really tune in right now to your highest truth. How are you called to show up now? Not five years ago or even a year ago or even six months ago now. Now, how do you want to play? How do you want to serve,
uh,
what do you call it to create
kind of conversations? Do you want to be a part of, uh,
Hm. See that right now and allow yourself to have a feeling of lightness to this process feeling of, Oh, that's going to be fun. I would really love to do that. I love to write, I love to speak. I love to be on video. I love to dance. I love to be funny. I love to create things that are really colorful.
I love to whatever
this is an invitation right now to tune into.

How are you going to be showing up how you want to do this thing? You get to decide,
you get to call these shots and you don't have to ask anyone's permission. You just do it. If you need permission, I'm giving it to you right now. Do it, get out there. Let your people hear from you. And don't get tripped up on the numbers. How many people you have versus they have, and, Oh, there's so much further along.

Just focus on showing up, doing the next right thing, taking the next right step. Whether there's one person in the audience or 1000 or a hundred thousand, there's someone out there who needs to hear from you right now. Who needs your message right now.
So breathing into that, allowing yourself to feel that lightness, that joy, that excitement, that curiosity, and when you're ready slowly, open your eyes, come back to this space, this moment. Beautiful.

, here it is, your job is to show up and give value. Okay. Show up and speak up consistently. And with passion in the places where your people hang out, you're going to share, you're going to shine. You're going to connect and you're going to engage. . Go ahead. Do something today that allows you to feel like I showed up today for the work. And then we're just going to keep going from here.
